Essential Support — $600

For families who want experienced guidance and consistent prenatal support.

Includes:

•  3 private virtual prenatal sessions

•  Personalized birth preparation and education

•  Text support between scheduled sessions

•  Help developing birth preferences

•  Evidence-informed resources and referrals

•  1 virtual postpartum visit

•  Birth and postpartum questions answered within         established support hours

Best for: Families who have strong in-person support but want an experienced doula in their corner.

Comprehensive Birth Support — $900

Our most popular option.

Includes everything in Essential Support, plus:

•  Virtual labor support when you're in active labor

•  Guidance for comfort measures and position changes

•  Support for your partner during labor

•  Help communicating questions and concerns to your birth team

•  2 virtual postpartum sessions

•  Postpartum adjustment and newborn-care education

​Best for: Families who want comprehensive support from pregnancy through the early postpartum period.

Premier Support — $1,200

The highest level of personalized virtual doula care.

Includes everything in Comprehensive Birth Support, plus:

•  Priority text support

•  Extended prenatal education and preparation

•  Personalized birth-planning support

•  On-call virtual labor support

•  Continuous virtual emotional and informational support during labor

•  Partner coaching and reassurance

•  Postpartum adjustment support

•  Breastfeeding and newborn-care education

•  Personalized resources and referrals

•  Additional follow-up support as needed within the package period.

Best for: Families who want the closest experience to having an experienced doula by their side while receiving support virtually.

Virtual doula support provides emotional, informational, educational, and non-clinical physical-comfort guidance remotely. It does not replace medical care, prenatal care, a midwife, physician, or other licensed healthcare professional.

My role is to help you feel informed, prepared, supported, and confident as you navigate your individual birth and postpartum experience.
